 ECIL is a Schedule ‘A’ CPSE under the Department of Atomic Energy setup with a view to generate a strong indigenous capability in the field of professional grade electronics. The initial accent was on total self-reliance and ECIL was engaged in the Design, Development, Manufacture and Marketing of several products with emphasis on three technology lines viz. Computers, Control Systems and Communications. Over the years, ECIL has pioneered in development of various complex electronic products while diversifying its products and services into Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, Security and IT & e-Governance verticals To execute many of our prestigious indigenous projects & serve our pride clientele, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented ITI passed candidates on fixed tenure contract basis, for a period of One Year (extendable up to Three years including the initial term, depending on project requirements & satisfactory performance of the candidate) to work for various project requirements across India:

The selected candidate is also eligible for Medical Insurance, Company PF, TA/DA (while on official duty) & Leave rules as applicable.

I. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: 

 Candidate should have passed ITI (2 years) in the trades of Electronics Mechanic / Electrician / Fitter (this includes NTC, Board Based Basic Training as well as advanced modules under Multi skilled training pattern of Directorate General of Labour & Employment being implemented through ITI upgraded as Centre of Excellence in required trades). In addition, one year Apprenticeship (NAC issued by Ministry of Skill Development) is mandatory. One-year post qualification experience in manufacturing, production, quality, material management in an industrial establishment will be added advantage. The selected candidates can be posted at any of ECIL Offices (All over India) & its customers’ sites and should be ready to work in round ‘O’ clock shift operations as and when required.

II. RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS: 

Reservations & Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS will be as per Govt. directives. Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC & 10 more years relaxation for PwD category. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989.

III. METHOD OF SELECTION: 

a) Process of short listing: Candidates shall be shortlisted trade wise, category wise in the order of merit based on the marks obtained in ITI in the ratio of 1:4. In case of a tie, the candidates with higher marks in Class X standard shall be considered. In case of a further tie, the candidate with earlier date of Birth shall be considered. b) Documents verification: Upon short listing, the candidates will be called for the Document verification at Hyderabad through email. c) Dates for various stages of selection will be hosted on our web site and separate intimation will be given to the shortlisted candidates through email. There will be no separate communication to any candidate on their non-selection at any stage. d) Upon short listing and successful document verification, Offer Letters will be issued to the candidates who are found eligible in the order of merit. However, issuance of Offer Letters shall be in a phased manner as per the requirement.   

IV. HOW TO APPLY: 

a) Eligible candidates have to apply on-line by visiting our website “www.ecil.co.in” (Main Page > Careers > e-Recruitment). The on-line application process will be operational from 01/04/2022 (14.00 hrs.) to 11/04/2022 (14.00 hrs.).

 b) Candidate should furnish actual information/data while filling on-line application form and must produce the supporting document during verification. If the candidate fails to do so, the candidature shall be rejected at any stage of recruitment process. 

c) After applying on-line & successful registration, the candidate is required to take the print of registered on-line application form and retain for future reference without fail. The candidate can take re-print of his/her registered on-line application form before the last date for on-line registration. The following documents shall be produced in original with a set of photo copies for verification along with self-attested photo copies. a) On-line registered application form duly signed and with recent colour passport size photo affixed. b) All original certificates in support of his / her date of birth, identity (Govt. issued only like Aadhar, Driving License, Passport etc.), qualification, experience, Covid vaccination certificate, latest caste & disability (PwD) certificates, if any along with one set of photo copies. Page 3 of 4 c) Category Certificate in support of SC/ST/EWS/OBC (Non-creamy layer), in the prescribed proforma as per Government guidelines, a valid certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD); Discharge certificate in case of Ex-servicemen, if applicable. d) Relevant certificate, if claiming age relaxation as candidate from J&K.

VI. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

a) Candidate should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he / she fulfills the eligibility criteria of the post stated in the advertisement in all respects. b) Candidates who studied full time/regular courses are only eligible. Correspondence/distance mode/e-learning/part time courses shall not be considered. c) Company reserves the right to raise the eligibility criteria to restrict the no. of eligible candidates to fill up the post or alter the no. of posts or even cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reason. d) The Degree of Disability for PwD Candidates is 40% & above. e) All qualifications should be recognized by appropriate Statutory Authority. f) The application is liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process in case of suppression of facts/furnishing of false information. g) Any Legal proceeding in respect of any matter / claim or dispute arising out of this advertisement and / or any application in response thereto can be instituted only to Courts at GHMC (Kapra Circle) alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. h) Canvassing in any form will result in immediate rejection of application. i) The queries under RTI are entertained only up to six months from the date of publication of final results on our website/notice board. j) All future correspondence would be through E-mail ID, furnished by the applicant in the on-line application form. k) No electronic gadgets/devices will be allowed throughout the Selection Process. l) Provisional call for the Document Verification does not confirm final selection as the same will be based on the verification of document, relative merit position, No. of candidates reporting and No. of vacancies. m) Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. n) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process. o) In view of the current pandemic, candidates are requested to follow necessary personal / respiratory hygiene / Cough Etiquette and strictly adhere to prescribed COVID-19 protocol (issued by the Government).
